The Platform is owned by Innovkarigar India Technologies Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956 with its registered office at Tohana (hereinafter referred to as, 'we', 'us', 'our'). Your use of the Platform and services and tools are governed by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use') as applicable to the Platform including the applicable policies which are incorporated herein by way of reference. If You transact on the Platform, You shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such transaction. By mere use of the Platform, You shall be contracting with the Platform Owner and these terms and conditions including the policies constitute Your binding obligations, with Platform Owner. These Terms of Use relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, 'Services'). Any terms and conditions proposed by You which are in addition to or which conflict with these Terms of Use are expressly rejected by the Platform Owner and shall be of no force or effect. These Terms of Use can be modified at any time without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms of Use to stay informed of updates. For the purpose of these Terms of Use, wherever the context so requires 'you', 'your' or 'user' shall mean any natural or legal person who has agreed to become a user/buyer on the Platform. ACCESSING, BROWSING OR OTHERWISE USING THE PLATFORM INDICATES YOUR AGREEMENT TO ALL THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE, SO PLEASE READ THE TERMS OF USE CAREFULLY BEFORE PROCEEDING.

This Privacy Policy describes how Innovkarigar India Technologies Private Limited and its affiliates (collectively "Innovkarigar India Technologies Private Limited, we, our, us") collect, use, share, protect or otherwise process your information/personal data through our website https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.Karigar_Users (hereinafter referred to as Platform). Please note that you may be able to browse certain sections of the Platform without registering with us. We do not offer any product/service under this Platform outside India and your personal data will primarily be stored and processed in India. By visiting this Platform, providing your information or availing any product/service offered on the Platform, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, the Terms of Use and the applicable service/product terms and conditions, and agree to be governed by the laws of India including but not limited to the laws applicable to data protection and privacy. If you do not agree please do not use or access our Platform.

Collection

We collect your personal data when you use our Platform, services or otherwise interact with us during the course of our relationship. Some of the information that we may collect includes but is not limited to personal data/information provided to us during sign-up/registering or using our Platform such as name, date of birth, address, telephone/mobile number, email ID and/or any such information shared as proof of identity or address.

Usage

We use personal data to provide the services you request. To the extent we use your personal data to market to you, we will provide you the ability to opt-out of such uses. We use your personal data to assist sellers and business partners in handling and fulfilling orders; enhancing customer experience; to resolve disputes; troubleshoot problems; inform you about online and offline offers, products, services, and updates; customise your experience; detect and protect us against error, fraud and other criminal activity.

Services and Pricing

KARIGAR connects Customers seeking services and Professionals providing such services sought by the Customer. 2. KARIGAR allows Customers to send a request for Professional Service. Once a Service Request is made: KARIGAR will send Service Requests to the available Professionals/service providers based on their availability and internal allocation processes as solely determined by KARIGAR. The Service Request may be accepted based on the availability of Professionals for the required location at the requested time. Your request is subject to acceptance by a Professional. Once a Professional has accepted the Service Request, KARIGAR will inform the Customer via an SMS, push notification or confirmation screen in the KARIGAR App. If no Professional is available to accept the Service Request, KARIGAR will notify the Customer in the same manner. 3. The services provided through the Platform shall include: Accepting Service Requests subject to the terms herein; Identifying Professionals to provide Professional Services; Remotely monitoring start and end of Service Request using the KARIGAR App; Receiving and dealing with feedback, questions and complaints relating to Service Request; Providing customer support for grievances; in each case in accordance with any relevant provisions of Applicable Laws. 4. Once a Service Request has been accepted KARIGAR may provide: The Customer with a booking confirmation through the KARIGAR App, and information regarding the Professional (including the contact number, a picture of the Professional and any other details KARIGAR considers appropriate); and The Professional with Customer details, such as services sought and location, necessary to enable the Professional to provide the services. While KARIGAR requests each Professional to use all reasonable efforts to arrive prior to requested service time slot, if there is any delay, the Customer should contact the Professional through the KARIGAR App or by contacting KARIGAR via in-App support or at its call centre, if available. 5. The Customer agrees that upon a Service Request being allocated to the Professional on the KARIGAR App as described above, the acceptance and completion of a Service Request will constitute an independent Professional Services contract between the Professional and the Customer. The Customer agrees that upon accepting the Service Request, KARIGAR may provide to the Professional, the service location, mobile phone number of the Customer, rating of the Customer and such other information to enhance and facilitate the provision of Professional Services by the Professional directly to the Customer, and for the Professional to identify the Customer. 6. Once a Service Request is allocated to the Professional, KARIGAR will provide the Professional with the necessary Customer details in order to enable the Professional to provide the Professional Services directly to the Customer. 7. If the Customer needs to cancel an assigned Service Request, the Customer must immediately contact KARIGAR's customer care or may cancel an assigned Service Request through the KARIGAR App. 8. The refund of any payments made by you towards the booking of the Professional Services shall be governed by KARIGAR's Cancellation Policy as provided herein or as updated by KARIGAR from time to time on the KARIGAR Platform. 9. If you have provided your consent to receive the following, KARIGAR or its authorised representative, shall provide information regarding services, discounts and promotions provided by KARIGAR to You by way of an SMS or email to Your registered mobile number/registered email ID. You also have the option to discontinue receiving such information at any point of time. To discontinue receiving such information, You may at any point of time visit the settings page on the KARIGAR App discontinue the same. 10. If the Customer requires any assistance in relation to the KARIGAR Platform or any Service Request, they should contact the KARIGAR customer care or send an email helpdeck@innovkarigar.com 11. The contract for the Professional Services will be a contract solely between the Professional and the Customer. At no time will KARIGAR or its Affiliates have any obligations or liabilities in respect of such a Professional Services contract between the Professional and the Customer.

Pricing details

Pricing on KARIGAR app are specified by professional/service providers and merchants. KARIGAR does not interfere for any pricing. Customer have an option to select or leave the concerned services, available on KARIGAR.
